Attach a separate sheet if necessary. This project on 5th st next to the Holiday Inn consists of a single entrance lane with three buildings. The front building has a drive-thru and full parking in the front facing 5th st. the building consist of brick, Hardie -plank siding and Stucco with a 42" parapet wall to screen roof top equipment. All three buildings have similar but different architectural design and use of materials. Internal sidewalks and plantings are throughout the site_ The average height of the buildings are 20' single story structures. We have also confirmed that we are not visible by Monitcello. We have place utility easements outside of planting areas. Part D: Applicant Agreement Applicant must read and sign • Each application package must contain (S) folded copies of all plans and documents being submitted. Only (1) set of building material samples is required. All submittal items, including building material samples, become the property of Albemarle County. Applicants are encouraged to maintain duplicate copies of all submittal items in their own files. • Only complete application packages will be scheduled for ARB review.
