Add Fixtures A and B to the luminaire schedule and location summary. 2. Revise the luminaire schedule to provide the total lumens emitted by lamps A, F1, S2, S3, S3alt, VP. 3. Revise the photometric plan to make all footcandle readings legible. Hatching hides footcandle readings at the Rio Road entrance and along portions of the Rio Road frontage. 4. Revise the photometric plan to extend the footcandle readings out to the property lines that border residential zoned parcels. 5. Indicate the maximum proposed footcandles at the ground. 6. Eliminate note 11 on sheet 20 and the note reading, "Fixtures emitting less than 3,000 lumens are not regulated by Albemarle County" on sheet 19. All exterior lighting fixtures are subject to review and approval by the ARB. 7. Note 4 on sheet 19 indicates that fixtures will have a dark bronze finish. Note 6 on sheet 20 indicates that all standard finishes shall be black. Eliminate note 6 on sheet 20. 8. Note 1 on sheet 19 is incomplete. Provide the complete note: Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3, 000 or more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire and shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining residential districts and away from adjacent roads. 9. Fixtures A, B, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43 and 62 must meet EC guideline #61. Include a note on the lighting plan addressing 3 1 a and 31e. Show how 31b, c and d are being met. (The full text of the guideline is copied below.) Entrance Corridor Guideline #31 Where used for decorative effect, outdoor light fixtures shall: a. be equipped with automatic timing devices and shall be extinguished between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and dawn. b. be shielded and focused to eliminate glare. Glare control shall be achieved primarily through the use of such means as cutoff fixtures, shields and baffles, and appropriate application of mounting height, wattage, aiming angle, fixture placement, etc. c. be cutoff luminaires, aimed so as not to project their output beyond the objects intended to be illuminated; or non - cutoff luminaires, equipped with glare shields, visors, barn doors, and/or other similar shielding accessories as required to meet the following criteria: Light distribution from all lighting installations shall be cut-off at all angles beyond those required to restrict direct illumination to within the perimeter of the landscape feature being illuminated. d. never exceed 3,000 lumens. Further restrictions on lumens may be imposed by the ARB. e. not be modified to reflect seasonal colors. f. be of a number that is compatible with the scale of the object and the development to be illuminated, such that the light emitted will not over -illuminate or overpower the site, as determined by the ARB.
