The newly configured Parcel 75A, containing 1.672 acres, as shown on the Plat, is subject to that certain Declaration dated June 7, 2000, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed Book 1926, page 390, and to that certain Declaration dated January 24, 2001, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 1987, page 114.
