After reviewing Section 14-427 in the Subdivision Ordinance and consulting with others on how we’ve treated similar areas, I suggest the following re-wording of these notes: Note 10: “Lot 1 is a special lot established solely for the purpose of stormwater management and greenways.” Note 11: “Lot 1 is reserved for future dedication for public use.
