I reviewed the resubmitted plat and have updated the comment letter(see attached).
There are just a few minor changes needed for County approval, which are highlighted in the body of the letter.

Yes, the flood zone needs to be shown and the FEMA map number needs to be corrected.
There's also some other notes to be added (see Comment#1 and #3).

This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance.

all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the application shall be deemed voluntarily
withdrawn.

On comment#2, the development rights note, is it possible to not word this note
like the example in this section. Since neither lot can be divided because they have no additional rights
to create another lot can I just say that "Lot 21 & 22 each contain one development right and may not be
further divided".
