In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B)of Chapter 14, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address
all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the application shall be deemed voluntarily
withdrawn.

3. [Section 14-302(B)(5)] Please add the applicable notes in accordance with this section.
Under Note 9, please note the Flood Hazard (FH) and Entrance Corridor (EC) overlay districts.
5. [Section 14-302(B)(9)] Please show the limits of the flood plain.
Thank you for adding the stream buffer. In addition to showing the stream buffer, please show the flood plain as
shown according to our GIS map and FEMA map.
Please also revise Note 4 to reflect the correct FEMA map number.
