The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referenced above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
Planning
This subdivision plat has been reviewed under Section 14-208.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance.
1. [Section 14-302(A)(1)] On Sheet 1 and 2,please change the state route number from State Route 696 to State
Route 668.
2. [Section 14-302(B)(10)] I spoke with the Engineering Division regarding the layout of the stream buffers shown
on the proposed plat versus the layout shown our GIS web.Please revise the plat to show the stream buffers as
they are displayed on our GIS web unless the owner would like to propose revising our information. If so,any
additional information supporting a different configuration would need to be reviewed and approved by Glenn
Brooks,County Engineer(ext. 3273).
Staff has provided references to the County Code.The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may
be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B)of Chapter 14, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address
all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the application shall be deemed voluntarily
withdrawn.
