Reviews Comments:1. Section 14-302(A)(10) – On Sheet 1, please revise Note #2 to read: “Revised Parcel 27E
contains 4 development rights and may be further divided and when further divided these rights shall
not comprise more than 20 acres.”
Note to file: The correct number of development rights was especially unclear for this application. I
reviewed much of the subdivision history with Francis to determine that it is possible Parcel 30B was
created as the result of a subdivision violation. I spoke to Tim Stanley over the phone and explained
that - with our current information - we cannot assign any development potential within Parcel 30B.
He understood and said he would explain the options to the applicant. They can either accept this
information or request an official letter of determination to find out if it is possible any development
potential exists within these bounds.

I have reviewed the Carroll's BLA application (SUB201600016)and request the following change before it is submitted
for County signature:
1. Section 14-302(A)(10)—On Sheet 1, please revise Note#2 to read: "Revised Parcel 27E contains 4 development
