2. Correct the scale from 1"=20' to 1"=10'.

We can approve this plat with the following changes from Engineering and Planning:
Engineering:

Recommendation was to Add this Note to cross-reference Plat and Storm Sewer Field Revision, since Easement Plat will
not match ROAD Plan,otherwise.
A Note could help tie things together,but this language may be too unusual or out of place on an easement plat. I defer to
your and J.T.'s judgment on this.

amiss. Table values are likely accurate,but physical measurements appear inconsistent. (1"=20')
2. Please revise Plat Title to include Lots 2, 3,4.
