David, Recommendation was to Add this Note to cross-reference Plat and Storm Sewer Field Revision, since Easement Plat will not match ROAD Plan,otherwise. A Note could help tie things together,but this language may be too unusual or out of place on an easement plat. I defer to your and J.T.'s judgment on this.
