13 EXISTING TREES ON SITE AT OR NEAR THE FRONTAGE LINE ARE LOCATED AND LABELED
BY SIZE AND TYPE. FOR PURPOSES OF DEFINING THE PLANTS INCLUDED ARE TREES AT THE
CREST OF THE ROADWAY EMBANKMENT OR WHOSE CANOPY REACHES THAT LINE. THE
IRREGULAR ARRANGEMENT OF THE TREES IS CONSISTENT WITH THE RURAL CGHARACTER OF
THE SITE.

ELIMINATED.

LUMENS SHALL BE A FULL CUTOFF LUMINAIRE AND SHALL BE AAARANGED OR SHEILDED TO
REFLRCT LIGHT AWAY FROM ADJOINING RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTSAND AWAY FROM ADJACENT
ROADS. THE SPILLOVER OF LIGHTING FROM LUMINAIRES ONTO PUBLIC ROADS OR PROPERTY IN
THE RURAL AREA SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HALF FOOTCANDLE.
- ALL SITE PLANTINGS OF TREES AND SHRUBS SHALL BE ALLOWED TO REACH, AND BE
MAINTAINED AT, MATURE HEIGHT;THE TOPPING OF TREES IS PROHIBITED. SHRUBS AND TREES
SHALL BE PRUNED MINIMALLY AND ONLY TO SUPPORT THE OVERALL HEALTH OF THE PLANT.
