The revised plat dated March 2, 2018 has been reviewed and all Planning and Zoning comments have been
addressed. No further revisions are needed.
Please submit at least two copies of the plat with notarized owner signatures for final County signature and approval.
The County will retain one copy of the signed plat for our records.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

scale (1"=200') works when I print it on 11 x 17. Can you confirm what size paper the PDF is scaled to?

Remarks: Francis, please review the attached BLA plat. You & I had a preapplication meeting with
Rob Cummings back in June regarding this project,which was originally a two-lot subdivision that
did not meet our Subdivision Ordinance access requirements. This was PREAPP2017-75. After
consultation with John Blair, it was determined that a BLA could be approved in order to allow a
house to be built on TMP 21-41A and this would not pose any issues related to lot access and frontage
since neither lot has frontage on an existing public or private street.
Your first review had two comments, one related to development rights and the other related to an
easement note. Your original comments are in CV.

Remarks: Francis, please review the attached BLA plat. You & I had a preapplication meeting with

My primary reason for forwarding the BLA to Zoning is in regard to Notes 8 and 10. I have attached
the most recent plat for these lots, DB 1499 pp. 358-363. I believe that TMP 21-41C currently only has
2 development rights based on its previous acreage and the plat recorded in that instrument. Rob's
plat says it has five (5) development rights. Please let me know if I should tell them to request a Letter
of Determination to officially determine how many development rights exist on TMP 21-41C.
