I can review a .PDF at your earliest convenience. 1. Section 14-302(A)(5)—On Sheet 2, I understand the 20'ACSA easement turns to run parallel along the back property line of Lot 1A, but can you revise this label to point to an edge of the easement? Right now, it is unclear exactly where the sanitary sewer easement goes once it is off the back of the Lot 1A. Extending the arrow on the left side of the label to the edge of the easement would be sufficient. 2. Section 14-302(B)(1)—Just a question: Was it intended for Sheet 1 to be dated March 4, 2016 and Sheet 2 to be dated February 4, 2016? 3. Section 14-302(6)(5)—On Sheet 1, under Zoning, please remove the reference to ZMA201500001 because Block 31A was not included.Also, we didn't get this note on the first Block 31 plat, but I have been reminded that it should be there when a special exception is granted. Please add the following note: "On February 10, 2016,the Board of Supervisors granted a variation from the Code of Development approved with ZMA200400024 to reduce the side setback in Block 31 subject to the following condition: 1. Lots 1-7 in Block 31 shall have minimum seven and one-half(7.5)foot side setbacks. Thanks, J.T. Please provide me a copy of that recorded plat. The proposed lot layout does not meet the setbacks shown on the plat.The layout has 7.5'for front,side,and rear setbacks but the plat indicates front and rear 15'and sides 10'. Has there been a variation to this requirement? B201600420SF- The parking requirements of the code of development are met the garage should be set behind the prinical line of the front facade. The proposed layout for this lot,also in block 31-A, meets the setbacks shown on the plat.
