The County can sign the revised plat with a minor edit to Note 10-- please revise this note to indicate that each parcel
"has one development right and may not be further divided."
I can quickly turnaround our signature on the plat if you let me know when it's coming down to the front desk.Just send

Please find the attached PDFs with the revised BLA addressing your comments and the deed where
Michael and Katherine acquired Tract Three. I had been on vacation so just trying to get caught up.
On said BLA PDFs I have indicated the changes for the ease of final review.

Upon that review please let me know if you are ready for the Owners signature copies and we will make
arrangements to have vellums signed and delivered to you.

Thanks for letting me know about the deed. Please provide a copy and I'll get our records
corrected.
As far as development rights go, we need a note addressing it regardless of whether or not
there is further division potential.
