THIS DEED, made this 21::t day of March, 1988, by and
between STEPHEN R. VON STORCII, hommo sole, party of the
first part and I.OUISE C. PUTNAM-STONER, party of the second
part, whose address is Route 1, Box 235, Keswick, Va. 22947
WITOESSET U:
That for and in consideration of the sum Of Ten Dollars
($10.00), cash in hand paid, and other good and valuable
consideration, the party of the first part does hereby
GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL, and CONVEY with GENERAL WARRANTY and
ENGLISH COVENANTS OF TITLE unto the party of the second
part, as her sole, separate and equitable estate, free from
the debts, claims, or marital rights, including curtsey, of
any present or future husband, and with full and complete
authority in her to alienate, convey, encumber, or otherwise
dispose of by her sole act, without necessity of joinder by
or with any present or future husband, all of his right,
title, and interest in that certain parcel or tract of land
in the Samuel Miller District of Albemarle County, Virginia
fronting on Chestnut Oak Lane containing 11.565 acres, and
more particularly described as tract 1-A on a plat of W.
Morris Foster, C.L.S., dated December, 1987, said plat
attached hereto and recorded with this conveyance.
This is a portion of the property as was conveyed to
Louise C. Putnam-Stoner by deed of Charles Wm. Hurt and
Shirley L. Fisher, trustees for the Virginia Land Trust, by
deed dated Nay 13, 1987 and recorded in the aforesaid

Clerk's Office in Deed Book 939, page 238; and a portion of
the property conveyed to Louise C. Putnam-Stoner by deed of
Elizabeth Earl Miller and Ben N. Miller, her husband, dated
May 26, 1987 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in
Deed Book 941, page 401; and a portion of the property
conveyed to Stephen K. von Storch by deed of James L.
Jessup, Jr., and Suzanne Jessup Staton, trustees of the
marital trust under trust agreement dated November 15, 1983,
said deed dated September 22, 1987 and recorded in Deed Book
967, page 97. Upon execution of this instrument,the
party of the second part will be the fee simple owner of
Tract 1-A.
The property herein conveyed is subject to all
easements, reservations, restrictions, conditions and other
encumbrances contained in duly recorded deeds, plats, and
other instruments constituting constructive notice in the
chain of title of said property which have not expired by a
time limitation contained therein Or otherwise become
ineffective.

THIS DEED made as of this 27th day of March, 1987, by and
between CHARLES W. HURT and SHIRLEY L. FISHER, as TRUSTEES for
the VIRGINIA LAND TRUST, pursuant to the terms of a certain Land
Trust Agreement dated May 18, 1984, hereinafter sometimes
referred to collectively as the Grantor, and J. MICHAEL McNAHAN
and KATHERINE A. RALSTON, husband and wife, hereinafter sometimes
referred to collectively as the Grantee, whose address is 1111
6th Street, 8.8., Charlottesville, Virginia 22901, and CHARLES

For and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Thousand and
no/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) cash in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged by the Grantor, the Grantor does hereby
GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL, and CONVEY with SPECIAL WARRANTY OP-TITLE
unto J. Michael *Mahan and Katherine A. Ralston, as tenants by
• the entirety with full rights of survivorship as at common law
and not as tenants in common, the following described property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land situate in
Albemarle County, Virginia, southwest of
Charlottesvilleand southeast of U.B. Route 29,
shown and described as Tract Three, Sherwood Farms,
on a plat Of Ma. Morris Foster, Land Surveyor,
dated November 10, 1982, revised Mardi 17, 1986, of
record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court
of said County in Deed Hook 876, page 620: BEING a
portion of the property conveyed to the Grantor
herein by deed of Charles Ns. Hurt, dated May 18,
1984, and of record in said Clerk's Office in Deed
Book 799, page 433.
The above property is conveyed subject to all easements,
reservations, restrictions, and conditions contained in duly
recorded deeds, plats and other instruments constituting
