In addition to the other changes requested by Kurt J. below, please make the following changes:
Section 14-302(B)(5)—Please add a note to indicate this area lies in the following zoning overlay districts:
Entrance Corridor (EC), Steep Slopes(Preserved) and Flood Hazard (FH).
(Rev. dated August 17, 2016- Comment not fully satisfied) Please edit Note 3 to read: "These properties lie in
the following overlay districts: Entrance Corridor(EC), Steep Slopes (Preserved) and Flood Hazard (FH) as
/ indicated."
JL. Section 14-303(D)—Please review the area calculations for both Parcel A and Parcel B. Parcel X is shown as
22,308 square feet, however, Parcel A has grown by 22,330 square feet and Parcel B has shrunk by exactly
22,000 square feet.
(Rev. dated August 17, 2016-Comment not fully satisfied)The area calculations are closer, but not everything is
adding up. Please edit the areas according to Kurt J.'s comments below.

The difference in square footages for old and new areas for Parcel A is 22,308 (consistent with the number in the Parcel
X Inset box), but the difference in square footage for Parcel B is 22,303. So I think either the old area square footage or
the new area square footage in the Parcel B boxes is off by 5. Given the title in the lower left hand corner indicates
Parcel A at 264,453 sq. ft., and your numbers in the Parcel X box being consistent with the Parcel B boxes numbers, I
would bet that the Parcel A New Area box sq. ft. number of 264,458 should be 264,453, and then all would match. I
would also drop the fourth decimal from the acreage number in the Parcel X box (0.512 vs 0.5121)to match the three
decimal difference in acreage indicated in the Parcel A and B. boxes (which are both 0.512).

On the signature block for the Conte Estate, and Greg should confirm, I believe he is the Executor, not the Agent.
On the signature block for the Foundation, its current legal name is Thomas Jefferson Foundation, Inc. Ann Taylor will
be signing it as Executive Vice President. So please sub in that title for"Agent" as well, and after"Owner" insert
"THOMAS JEFFERSON FOUNDATION, INC., formerly Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation, Inc.
Think that will do it, but I have copied Laura and Ann to see if they have any other comments.
I will be out of town in Idaho beginning tomorrow morning through next week.

Here are the comments for this plat.The County can sign it once the following changes have been made:
v . Section 14-302(A)(3)—Please show the name of St. Rte. 53-A ("Michie Tavern Lane").
j. Section 14-302(A)(9)—Please add the following note to the plat: "Parcel A and the residue of Tax Map 77, Parcel
/ 22 each contain a building site that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
.4. Section 14-302(A)(10)—Please modify Note 1 by adding information about the remaining number of
/development rights for Tax Map 77, Parcel 22.
Section 14-302(A)(16)—Please show the limits of the dam break inundation zone (DBIZ). I've attached a map
that shows it.
