Here is the updated plat. It is 18" X 24". I printed it in color to help see the revisions and added a Preliminary date stamp
of 2016-10-12.
1. We have added shading as requested.
2. We added "Prescriptive Easement"to the two public roads shown.
3.&4. We have added notes in RED [#'s 12 and 13] and corrected the numbering sequence [I had mis-numbered the
notes].
We also corrected the deed for Iris Realty [in Red]. The county did not catch a Deed of Correction and I did not find it
until doing later research for another division we are working on. I have included a copy of the deed.
Let me know if there are further comments.

Here are comments for the revised plat showing Parcels X,Y and Z:
1. Section 14-302(A)(4)—Could you please add shading or hatching to the proposed 30' and 50' access easements
for clarity?
2. Section 14-302(A)(5)—Please add the D.B. and PG. numbers for the existing public easements.
3. Section 14-302(6)(5)—Please note that TMP 126-21 also lies in the Entrance Corridor(EC)and Flood Hazard (FH)
overlay districts.
4. Section 14-302(B)(8)—Please note the required setbacks for the RA district.

We have gotten an acceptance by the adjoiner, Mr.Jordan and his wife.
I adjusted some notes, added signature panels for the Jordans, and added Parcels Y&Z.
I listed the Jordans' lot as Zoned RA; please check this.
We also had a survey problem that was discovered after the original submittal. When we adjusted for it, all our"math"
changed slightly. If you compare the original submittal with this revised version,you will see minor changes all through
the boundary.
Let me know if there are questions or if you would like full size [18"X24"] copies to review.

I've made the changes to the plat we've submitted that are due to the neighbor building fencing and storage buildings
over the line. We are trying to accommodate him so that he does not have to move buildings and animal fencing.
We hope to hear from him and/or his attorney today.
