Frank,
The total land disturbance for this project is 4993 square feet. 2700 s.f. is the area for the blanket drain
and 2293 s.f. is the area for the corroded trickle tube pipe replacement.
The area of constant standing water will be replaced with topsoil and seeded to get rid
of mosquito breeding ground. No volume increase will be added to the flood plain.

If the grading is over 10,000 sf of disturbance, you'll need a VSMP permit, but it sounds like it will be
well below 10,000 SF.
