Dear Mr. Cummings,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated December 15, 2017. The Department of
Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the following modifications to SDP2010-
13, which are depicted on the modified site plan sheet attached hereto and described below:
1. Construction of a 5 foot paved trailway from Phase 2 Village Square Property Owners to the
8 foot multi-purpose paved trailway located on TMP 06100-00-00-18200.
This is the third and final LOR for this site. Any further changes are required to be submitted as a site
plan amendment. However, future amendments to the site will likely not be approved until the existing
violation, which deals with landscaping required with rezoning, is addressed. The property owner is
aware that the unapproved LOR #1 is pending a resubmittal to remedy the outstanding violation on the
site. Please resubmit that LOR in a timely manner for County review and action.

addition(s) to the Treesdale Park Site Plan (original SDP -2010-00013 & WPO -2010-00011).
Attached hereto and with SUB201700164 AND SUB201700165 Easement Plats is the "Stonewater
Trailway Plan" prepared by Collins Engineering showing the alignment and grading for the 5 foot paved
trailway across the lands of Phase Two Village Square Property Owners (TMP 061AO-04-00-OOOAO),
Phase One Village Square Property Owners (TMP 061AO-03-00-OOOAO), and Treesdale; LP (TMP 06100-
