I took it down to the front desk and got it a number and folder. So,timeline-wise, here's where we are: 3/21/16—Submittal date for SP201600007 (SP amendment for a church) 4/1/16—Discovered the site plan application included in the SP submittal, which became SDP201600021 - Major Amendment. I'm not aware of any additional copies to distribute with the major amendment. Here's my idea:The concept plan submitted with the SP is the same plan to be reviewed with the SDP. I would like to email a transmittal page to all of the SP reviewers that informs them those plans are also to be used for the SDP review. I would include all of the SDP review deadlines in the transmittal. Does that plan work for the distribution side of things? Or should I just request 16 additional copies of the site plan and give them to Carla for distribution? Please let me know what you think. I will inform the applicant where things stand once we know the plan. Thanks, J.T. Newberry Planner County of Albemarle, Planning Division 1
