We have reviewed the plans and have the following comments:
Engineering
1. A WPO amendment will need to be submitted and approved showing the updated design
prior to road plan approval.
Show the storm sewer easement on Lot 106. (Rev. 3) Comment addressed
Planning (Rachel Falkenstein)
3. [14-401] Review of special exception for double frontage lots on Park Ridge Drive is
under review with the final plat (SUB201800023). Approval is required prior to approval
of road plans.
4. [ZMA2016-05] More robust screening will be required between lots 113 to 118 and
Eastern Avenue in order to comply with the proffers. Alternatively you can demonstrate
that residences along Eastern Avenue will have appropriate frontage treatments so that
backs of houses will not be facing Eastern Avenue. (this comment can be addressed with
site plan, but the road plans should match landscaping shown on the site plan).
Fire Rescue, E911, and ACSA have no objection to the plans and VDOT comments have not yet been
received.
