Not sure if I will be at pre -apps. I need to review the list this weekend. I still can't sign this plan until they submit 3 copies
to us. We won't wait for internal signatures, but we need the 3 final copies for an approval package. Jeremy has been
asking them to submit for a while so it is in the engineers hands now.

I received the deed back from the County Attorney's office this afternoon. They requested one minor change to the date
of the plat in the description on page one.

Here is the wording for the SWM that was recorded. This is not the signed version as the owner did not make a
copy. I sent the recordation receipt yesterday. I plan on dropping off the request to establish a bond form after lunch
today. I would like to take the SWPPP so I can make a copy and put the VSMP and the updated registration statement in
it.

The above referenced plat just arrived at our office on Monday from the county.
Dustin Greene with Dominion is working directly with Jeremy Lynn (the ACSA PM for this project) for plat revisions to
address his comments from a hard copy submission last week. Once all comments are addressed I will recommend
approval. I just wanted to provide you an update.

RWSA has reviewed the revisions to the final site plan for the Woolen Mills Light Industrial Park as prepared by
Dominion Engineering and dated 5/8/2017, with most recent revision dated 6/1/2017, and consents to the proposed
construction as shown. All changes to the proposed work from that shown in the drawings shall be approved by RWSA in
writing prior to construction. RWSA reserves all rights associated with its easements, including but not limited to its
rights to access, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of its facilities within the easement, and such consent
shall not be construed to modify or prohibit any existing easement rights held by the RWSA, nor modify or increase its
obligations, if any, to repair or restore.
RWSA understands that per the attached email, the owner intends to pursue right-of-way on RWSA property in order to
create a more favorable sewer alignment. RWSA is willing to grant right-of-way for this purpose and will work with the
owner and owner's engineer to address this in the upcoming months, but sees no reason to hold up plan approval for
this purpose.
