All changes to the proposed work from that shown in the drawings shall be approved by RWSA in writing prior to construction. RWSA reserves all rights associated with its easements, including but not limited to its rights to access, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of its facilities within the easement, and such consent shall not be construed to modify or prohibit any existing easement rights held by the RWSA, nor modify or increase its obligations, if any, to repair or restore. RWSA understands that per the attached email, the owner intends to pursue right-of-way on RWSA property in order to create a more favorable sewer alignment. RWSA is willing to grant right-of-way for this purpose and will work with the owner and owner's engineer to address this in the upcoming months, but sees no reason to hold up plan approval for this purpose.
