This Minor Site Plan Amendment application requests the following changes to Old Trail Village
Blocks 28 &29B—Final Site Plan (SDP 201400009):
• The list below states the changes to the Final Site Plan that we are proposing with this
Minor Site Plan Amendment application.
a) We would like to reconfigure the lot layout for Lots 5-10 in Block 28. In the Final
Site Plan for Blocks 28 &29B (SDP201400009),Lots 5-10 were drawn as duplex
lots. With the Minor Site Plan Amendment, we are proposing to remove these 6
duplex lots,and are proposing to put 5 single family detached lots in their place.
b) Along with moving the location of the lot lines for these new units,we are also
proposing new sanitary lateral and water meter locations to serve these new 5 single
family detached lots in Block 28.
• Attached are 8 copies of the Block 28 &29B Minor Site Plan Amendment#1. The Minor
Site Plan Amendment application and fee are attached.
