In the Final Site Plan for Blocks 28 &29B (SDP201400009),Lots 5-10 were drawn as duplex lots. With the Minor Site Plan Amendment, we are proposing to remove these 6 duplex lots,and are proposing to put 5 single family detached lots in their place. b) Along with moving the location of the lot lines for these new units,we are also proposing new sanitary lateral and water meter locations to serve these new 5 single family detached lots in Block 28. • Attached are 8 copies of the Block 28 &29B Minor Site Plan Amendment#1.
