The following bonds have been posted and approved:
$759,290 Water Protection Performance Bond
$419,300 Subdivision/Road Performance Bond
$240,000 Subdivision/Road Performance Bond—Water and Sewer
$11,000 Zoning Map Amendment Proffer Performance Bond (ZMA-2016-00015, Proffer No. 3.A.)
The $748 pre-construction fee has been paid. The Stormwater agreement has been approved by the County and
recorded at the clerk's office. If you have any questions about the DEQ permit or pre-construction meeting, please

RWSA has reviewed the revisions to the minor site plan amendment for Oakleigh as prepared by Civil and Site Planning
Engineering and Edwards Design Studio and dated February 23, 2017, with most recent revision dated 5/19/2017, and
consents to the proposed construction as shown.All changes to the proposed work from that shown in the drawings
shall be approved by RWSA in writing prior to construction. RWSA reserves all rights associated with its easements,
including but not limited to its rights to access, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of its facilities within
the easement, and such consent shall not be construed to modify or prohibit any existing easement rights held by the
RWSA, nor modify or increase its obligations, if any,to repair or restore.

Good morning. We are making another submission to the County today addressing comments on our MSPA,
Road Plans, ACSA/RWSA Plans, as well as our off-site easements and subdivision plats.
Attached you will find an electronic copy of our response letter, plats and link to our plans found on my Google
Drive.
If you have any questions/comments please call me to discuss. I hope this submission addresses all the
comments satisfactorily and we are at the point where the plans can be signed so construction can begin.

Mr. Newberry,
As requested by your department, I have reviewed the February 6, 2017 Oakleigh Major Site Plan Amendment for
compliance with VDH regulations. The plan indicates that all proposed construction is to be connected to ACSA water
and sewer systems,and there does not appear there will be any existing onsite septic or wells impacted,therefore I
have no concerns.
Recommendation: Approval
