Construction Plan Review submittal for the above referenced project.

Scott,
Attached is a marked up copy of the plan you provided at the SRC meeting. This will allow you to conduct all the water
work along your frontage without a bore across Berkmar Drive. I have included a fire hydrant as part of the work
because I assume the fire department will want one on that side of Berkmar, within 100' of the FDC, to facilitate fighting
a fire without closing Berkmar Drive so close to the intersection with Rio Road West. I have CC'ed Shawn Maddox so he
can confirm this. I have not included the as -built of the water infrastructure because it is incorrect on the configuration.
sketched on the plan what the as -built showed and added notes as to what we found in the field (no 4" TS&V). I also
noted the gate valve location across the road that will allow that entire crossing to be taken out of service during your
work and will facilitate easier testing after construction is complete.
I have also included the original as -built data for the sewer that you will reconnect to.
Please update the plan and submit 3 copies along with a water data sheet to the ACSA, Attn: Alexander J. Morrison, PE,
to start the water construction plan review. Let me know if you have any questions.
