approved plan is ready for pickup.
As discussed, our system shows an outstanding balance of $215.00 from the mailing & preparing or delivery of up to fifty
(50) notices. This balance will need to be resolved in order to pick up your copy.
As you move towards obtaining a building permit, please remember the additional requirements for the application,
including the tree conservation plan and surveyor's certificate for the reference tree. The approved fall zone easement
should be recorded prior to the building permit application.
