I know it was stretched out a lot further then we all would have liked and getting a standard SWM Deed/Agreement that everyone could agree to was not an easy task. But hopefully now that we have that in our review mirror any future Easements and Deeds will be much smoother without any lawyers needing to get involved on wording of agreements. I appreciate your patience and cooperation and I know much of it was out of your hands but any extra push was noted and appreciated. Also, I just received the recorded Plat and Deed of Dedication. Do you need this hard copy or do you need a digital? I know I had gotten you the recording receipt for plan approval purposes but now that I have the document I just wanted to be sure you didn't want it. Thanks, D. At this point, the only issue that I see on the site plan is the incorrect labeling of a cleanout on the adjacent property as a "well". Given that this doesn't impact the parcel in question, I went ahead and signed the site plan. I just wanted to let you know that everything else looked good regarding the septic locations. If you have any questions, please let me know. Our client is in the process of getting the Deed and SWM agreement taken care of but that should not impact the County's review and conditional approval of the plans. I have finally heard from the architect and they are getting the items I have been waiting on to Margaret so that we can have Final ARB approval which was necessary for me to get final site plan approval. The problem is they emailed me just yesterday telling me they are submitting tomorrow after months of not hearing from them, so there will be some separation time between our two submittals, but between the two we should have everything addressed for approval. With that said, I am submitting this based on the good faith that the County Attorney has reviewed our open space easement letter and they are fine with it because that is the only loose end at this point and I have not heard anything from you about it. If you could confirm this to me by the end of next week I would appreciate it. That way I can also go ahead and get you a signed one for record. Thanks, D.
