Limits of disturbance is 1.16 acres. Water Quality: Currently there exists 0.30 acres of managed turf and 0.86 acres of impervious cover within the site limits. In the proposed condition, there will be 0.56 acres of managed turf and 0.60 acres of impervious cover. Per the Virginia Runoff Reduction Redevelopment Spreadsheet, this yields a surplus reduction of 0.04 lb/yr due to reduction in impervious area. This surplus reduction of 0.04 lb/yr to be applied to a project on a parcel owned by the Albemarle county school board parcel, per 9VAC25-870-69 section a part 5.
