Morris Foster 609 E High St Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: Rivanna Phase One Final Plat • Dear Mr. Foster: The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting of June 4, 1985 voted unanimously to approve the above-noted final plat with the following conditions: 1. The final plat can be signed when the following conditions have been met: a. Virginia Department of Highways & Transportation approval of entrance; _-County Attorney approval of homeowner's agreements to include the maintenance 6, r of roads, open space, drainage and appurtenant structures, and with special attention given to protection of the natural buffer on the Rivanna Reservoir; c. Note on the plat: "Only those areas where structures, roads, utilities, or other improvements are located shall be disturbed, all other land shall remain in its natural state"; d. Planning staff approval of technical items; Issuance of runoff control permit; -2 -Issuance of erosion control permit. `` I am aware that some of these conditions have een met. In order to expedite completion of the remaining items, please have the appropriate agency or department notify the Planning Department, in writing, that the applicable conditions have been met. W. Morris Foster Page 2 Be advised that this approval is valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of the Commission's approval and if the plat is not signed within that time, the approval will be void. Also, please note that the Subdivision Ordinance requires that the plat be recorded within six (6) months of the date it is signed or the approval will be void.
