SUPPLEMENTARY DECLARATION OF COVENANTS,
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
There is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County,
Virginia,in Deed Book 693,page 780,Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Ashcroft
Subdivision. Pursuant to Article II of said Restrictions,additional property shown as Lot 182,
Lot 183, Lot 184,Lot 185 and Lot 186,Ashcroft Phase II,Section VIII,as shown on a plat of
Michael F. Myers,Professional Engineer,dated May 5,2015, attached hereto and made a part
hereto,and entitled"Subdivision Plat,TMP 78A-1,Ashcroft Phase II,Section VIII"is hereby
added to said subdivision and the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of record in the
aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 693,page 780,are hereby imposed upon the lots
described on the said plat as Lot 182,Lot 183,Lot 184,Lot 185 and Lot 186,Ashcroft Phase II,
Section VIII.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Cropp:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors , at its meeting on
November 7, 1990 approved the above-noted request to rezone
4110 25. 333 acres from Rural Areas to Planned Residential
Development (33 .2. 1) . Property to be added to the existing
Ashcroft PRD. Property located adjacent to the northern
section of existing Ashcroft PRD. Please note that this
approval is subject to the following agreements:
1. Compliance with ZMA-80-03 ;
2 . Staff approval of subdivision plat showing 25. 333 acre
subdivision;
3 . No subdivision approval shall be given until the
revised application plan for the entire approval
contained herein has been submitted to the Department
of Planning. Such plans shall be submitted within
sixty (60) days of the Board approval of this petition.
