RE: SUB201800001 - ACSA-Crozet Property
Dear Sir:
Your easement been reviewed. In order for the easement plat to be approved the following revisions are
required:
1. [Sec 14-302 (B)7.] Add a notation that the land is within the South Fork Rivanna River
Reservoir, and a notation stating that the land is not within an agricultural and forestal district.
2. [Sec. 14-303A] A "Statement of consent to division" signature panel needs to be added to the
plat and signed prior to approval.
3. [14-303D] The acreage/area of the proposed easement needs to be added to the plat.
4. Comment for ACSA:
• Show ACSA sewer easement and Deed Book reference.
5. The plat has been forwarded to the County Attorney's Office, who is responsible for the review
and approval of the deed associated with the plat. The plat will not signed until the associated
deed is approved and the amendment to the ACSA Jurisdictional Area Map is approved by the
Board of Supervisors. The deed should be forwarded to me, in the Community Development
Department, Planning Division. I will review the deed as to form, then will forward to the County
Attorney's Office for review of content.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The
Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attomey's
website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org.
