This includes: • compliance with applicable PROFFERS; • approval of and compliance with a SITE PLAN as applicable; and • approval of a ZONING COMPLIANCE CLEARANCE. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. That part of the Property which is presently being used as a cemetery (the "Cemetery Property ") will not be sold or transferred to a third party and then used as a commercial cemetery. This will not restrict continuation of the current use of the Cemetery Property by the Church. Please be advised that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors will review this petition and receive public comment at their meeting on May 8, 2013.
