All but one item was addressed. Please provide a Pantone equivalent for the shade of blue that is proposed for the freestanding sign. The approved color will need to be noted on the sign drawing. Your application for Exxon Mobil signs at Rolkin Road is under review for conformity with Entrance Corridor guidelines. Some information was missing from the submittal and some clarifications are needed. 1. The ARB sign review fee of $129 was not paid but is required. 2. The proposed red and blue background portions of the freestanding sign must be opaque. This must be noted on the drawings. 3. The red and blue vinyl colors for the freestanding sign are noted on the drawings, but the specified vinyl colors are not included in our color charts. Please provide physical samples or Pantone equivalents. If Pantone equivalents, note this information on the drawings. 4. The Wave signs cannot be approved. 5. Please specify on the drawings the shade of red proposed for the Koala, Blade and Wedge signs. Provide a physical sample or a Pantone equivalent for review. 6. Specify on the drawings that the Koala, Blade and Wedge signs will not be illuminated. Please respond by email within 15 days of the date of this message indicating whether you will or will not proceed with these revisions. Your decision to make the revisions will suspend the 60-day review period associated with your original submittal. If you choose to complete the revisions, please email the revised drawings to me. If you choose not to proceed with these revisions, staff will be unable to approve your application. Failure to respond to this message shall be presumed to be a request to proceed to action on the application without further revisions.
