Subject: SUB-2018-103 Property of Stephen C. Robbins and Diane S. Robbins-
Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
Boundary Line Adjustment referenced above once the following comments have been
addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-303 (D)] Acreage of lots. The total acreage for each lot needs to be
consistent throughout the plat. In Note 3, Sheet 1 of the plat, the following
acreage is listed: T.M. 108-6: 38.0 acres; T.M. 108-6A: 9.48 acres; T.M. 25-A-1:
139.30 acres. In the drawing on Sheet 2, the following acreage is listed: T.M.
108-6: 39.43 acres; T.M. 108-6A: 24.73 acres; T.M. 25-A-1: 124.15 acres. Also,
Note C on Sheet 1 lists the total number of acres for T.M. 108-6 and T.M. 108-6A
as 64.16 acres, which is not consistent with Note 3.
