Vito, I not sure of your timeline, but just as a reminder, we wouldn't be able to issue any building permits until the site
plan is amended with the LOR (even if the plat is approved).

Vito,
Good catch on the revised Code of Development. I missed it. Please disregard the approval I emailed yesterday.
I see a few options to move forward:
1. Apply for a variation to match the submitted LOR. Here is the application:

With staff support of the request, this application would be heard on the consent agenda at the earliest possible
BOS meeting(in this case, it would likely be their first meeting in February). Without staff support, it goes to the
Planning Commission to receive a recommendation before it is considered by the BOS.
To determine staff support, I would need to contact Ron White in Housing. The difference between a 14'width
and a 15' width appears to be a 62 square foot reduction in the overall size of the affordable unit and a lot size
that is 48 square feet less than the 1000 square foot requirement. I don't anticipate that Ron would have an
issue supporting this type of request, but I would need to hear from him directly.
2. Increase the size of the lot width by one foot and revise the LOR/plat to match.
3. Build to the approved final site plan,which shows a minimum of 16 foot lot widths.

Thank you so much for this approval. It has come to my attention that the Code Of Development, table 3, calls
for 15' minimum frontage and 1,000-5000sf lots. The plan that you approved calls for 14' lots, 4 of them, with
slightly less than 1000sf lots. We would like to move forward with the submitted plan but obviously need to
understand this issue.
