PRELIMINARY
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Rivanna
TAX MAP/PARCEL: 04600000001900 (portion) and 046000000018A0 (portion)
LOCATION: 2575 Seminole Trail. Two adjacent parcels on the north side of Polo Ground Road (Route 643),
approximately 1,000 feet west of the intersection of Montgomery Ridge Road and Polo Grounds Road.
PROPOSAL: Request for approval of a preliminary subdivision plat in accordance with ZMA201500007 and
SP201500025 for one-hundred and one (101) single family residential lots in Blocks 16 and 17 Brookhill, ranging in
size from approximately 5,000 sq. ft. to 11,00 sq. ft.. The plat also proposes approximately 16 acres of open space.
ZONING: Neighborhood Model District - residential (3 – 34 units/acre) mixed with commercial, service and industrial
uses.
