Two adjacent parcels on the north side of Polo Ground Road (Route 643), approximately 1,000 feet west of the intersection of Montgomery Ridge Road and Polo Grounds Road. PROPOSAL: Request for approval of a preliminary subdivision plat in accordance with ZMA201500007 and SP201500025 for one-hundred and one (101) single family residential lots in Blocks 16 and 17 Brookhill, ranging in size from approximately 5,000 sq. ft. to 11,00 sq. ft..
