RE: SP201600022 Boys and Girls Club—Southwood Expansion
Dear Mr.Kotarski,
On April 12,2017,the Hoard of Supervisors approved the Special Use Permit request to amend the
existing special use permit for a community center(SP201200009)to serve up to 200 children at any one
time and to permit an approximately 2800 square foot modular building above the existing basketball
court under Section 14.2.2(1)of zoning ordinance on TMP 090A1-00-00-001D0 in the Scottsville
District. The Special Use Permit was approved by the Board's adoption of the attached resolutions and
conditions.
Please be advised that,although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on the
project noted above,no uses on the property as approved above may lawfully begin until all
applicable approvals listed below have been received and conditions have been met. This includes:
• compliance with conditions of the SPECIAL USE PERMIT;
• approval of and compliance with the SITE PLAN EXCEPTION; and
• approval of a ZONING COMPLIANCE CLEARANCE.
