Subject: SUB-2018-90 Jeff C. Goldsmith – Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Revise the
Development Right notes for both TM 63-37 and 63-38 to include wording for the
“31 Acre Rule”. Since TM 63-37 has previously been subdivided TM 63-37A, B,
C, & D must be considered.
2. [14-302 (B)(6)] Tax map and parcel number. Revise the notes on the coversheet
to correctly list both TM 63-37 & 63-38 in the “Owners & Address:” area. It
appears TM 63-38 has been listed twice.
3. [14-303(C)] Boundary Lines. Please note that the County’s GIS does not agree
with the boundary lines shown in the plat. It appears that DB 1842 PG 542 has
not successfully been brought into the GIS system.
4. [Comment] Engineering had no objections.
