(There could be more.) 1. You will need to include residential units in the revised traffic study. I don’t see that you ever completed a revised traffic study. Am I correct? 2. You need to provide a corrected table and other changes to the Code of Development to revise the changes in use, square footage, etc. 3. The issue of cash proffers has never been resolved. I did not follow up with John Blair in April. I’ve just sent him info and am waiting to hear back from him as to what we would advise, if anything. All of these things will need to be in order before you submit on July 16. Thanks. Please let me know if you need a letter or more formal correspondence to confirm this date. Thank you! For now, could you just send an email asking for indefinite deferral? I will get you answers to your questions early next week after I’m able to pull the file and review my notes on our last discussion. I will probably have to ask you some questions before I can answer your question below. 2 For now, I need to update CountyView with a status, so if you know a date you plan to resubmit, you can ask for a deferral to a specific date. If not, an indefinite deferral is preferable so we can work together towards a conclusion. Thanks. I have a question concerning the possible increase in residential units allowable that was discussed during the meeting that occurred in late March (I was not in attendance so please correct me if I am referencing the wrong meeting). We would like to propose an increase in residential units allowable because residential use would contribute to the community center design and use principles designated for this area by serving as a compliment to the existing commercial and service areas. If we were to propose an increase in the allowable residential units, are there applicable cash proffers for residential units in Blocks II, III, and VII? Thanks Elaine. Best, Kelsey
