Subject: SUB -2018-108 Property of Fred Wayne Shifflett- Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
Boundary Line Adjustment referenced above once the following comments have been
addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A) (4) Private easements. If the well is already serving lot TMP 103-58A,
no additional information is needed. If the well is serving lot TMP 104-3,
additional information regarding access will be needed, such as a private
easement for access.
2. [14-302 (A) (10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Include a statement as
to whether the lots affected by the Boundary Line Adjustment (TMP 104-3, TMP
104-2, TMP 103-58A) may or may not be further divided. Each lot should have its
own statement: "Lot X may/may not be further divided."
3. [14-302 (B) (10)] Stream buffers. The plat must show the location of stream
buffers required by the County's Water Protection Ordinance. The plat must also
include a note stating: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in
accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
