This property is located in Albemarle County Virginia and includes structures addressed at 4680 and 4684 Fair Hill Lane. We are pleased to advise you that: a) The Property is zoned RA, Rural Areas. The Rural Areas zoning district allows rural preservation development in accord with Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance Section 10.3.3. b) The Property is not subject to proffered conditions. c) The proposed use of the Property based on SUB 2006-0022 Fairhill Estates Rural Preservation Development Preliminary Plat is for thirteen (13) development lots and one (1) rural preservation tract (parcel 14). Each of the development lots and the rural preservation tract may be built with one (1) single family detached dwelling. d) To the best of our knowledge, the Property and its proposed use complies with all applicable requirements of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. Our records do not show any outstanding zoning violations. e) The preliminary plat, SUB 2006-0022 Fairhill Estates Rural Preservation Plat, was approved by the Planning Commission on April 25, 2006.
