Pero Subject: RE: Glenmore Review Justin, Vinny and I just happened to be in the area today and stopped in to take a look. Some of the issues we saw: 1. The work upstream of the culvert and down appears to be in excess of what was permitted. Please confirm these distances. 2. The material used in and on the stream bank upstream of the culvert does not appear to be non - erodible. 3. The upland area adjacent to the upstream of the culvert area is not uniformly vegetated but does not have any silt fence present. 4. The upstream section appears to have been widened Overall we were not too concerned with the culvert countersinking. It could be better but we have seen a lot worse.
