VSMP plan must be approved and bonded. (Rev. 1) Acknowledged. 2. Off -site Sanitary Sewer Easement must be acquired and recorded. (Rev. 1) Acknowledged. 3. SWM Facility Deed of Dedication, and SWM Facility Maintenance Agreement must be recorded. (Rev. 1) Acknowledged. Sheet 3 4. Label /number the existing stormwater structures and pipes, sheets 3, 4, 5. (Rev. 1) Addressed. 5. Provide SWM facility easement for underground detention. Confirm sufficient easement width. Reference Albemarle County Design Standards Manual, p. 15, image, below: (Rev. 1) Addressed. Asfollow-up: Provide additional (1 — 2) labels with leader lines identifying SWM /drainage easements. 6. Revise Note #4 (top left) to read: `Customer parking spaces must be 10' wide along 20' aisles, or 9' wide along 24' aisles.' (Rev. 1) Addressed. 7. Revise label near west end of UG detention to read `Proposed Heavy -Duty Asphalt for Drive Aisle Pavement, See Detail, Sheet 9.' (Rev. 1) Addressed. 8. Note: Although ACSA will comment, proposed 2" service lateral with 1" water meter appears a mismatch. (Rev. 1) Addressed. 9. 4' walkway width near west end lower level entry is insufficient; minimum walkway width is 5'. Please revise. (Rev. 1) Addressed. Note: this area is a transitional vehicular apron between asphalt parking lot and concrete garage floor, not a sidewalk. 10. Indicate /show trench drain outfall /daylight location. (Rev. 1) Addressed. 11. Provide stop bar and `STOP' pavement marking, or stop sign for front /North parking area at Int. with internal travelway. (Rev. 1) Addressed. Sheet 4 12. Provide east -side front entrance sidewalk terrain contours labels. (Rev. 1) Addressed. Engineering Review Comments Page 2 of 2 13. Ensure sidewalk slope does not exceed 5%. (Rev. 1) Addressed. Exception exists for sidewalk that abuts and existing condition /drive aisle with slopes in excess of 5%. 14. Extend and label terrain contours at least 50' beyond property line to south and west. (Rev. 1) Addressed. 15. Provide additional top /bottom wall elevations, west -side building, to aid review and construction. (Rev. 1) Addressed. 16. Confirm retaining wall /seat wall maximum height (recommend Note). (Rev. 1) Addressed. 17. State building code requires building permits when a wall retains three (3) or more feet of unbalanced fill. Albemarle County Building Inspections Division requires engineered design when wall is four (4) or more feet in height, in addition to a building permit. Please submit engineered design /building permit application, if needed. (Rev. 1) Addressed. Sheet 5 18. As discussed on 29-May 9 (FGM-JA), please review HGL and Underdrain descriptions table. Invert and water surface Elev. for pipe 21, for example, are confusing. Additional Engineering SP review comments possible if table values change. Please review and ensure all table values are accurate. (Rev. 1) Addressed. 19. Please label existing storm structures and pipes on sheets 3, 4, and 5 (1, 4, 8, 10, 15, 22, etc.). (Rev. 1) Addressed.
