This transmittal sheet shall serve as the required "Request Letter," per the Application for Letter of Revision. Owner/Agent
formally requests the approval of SDP201300013 Amendment 1, whose scope is limited to the removal and replacement of
the existing McDonald's Drive-Thru Equipment. This revision is made for the purpose of maintaing the accuracy of
SDP201300013, but does not serve as the guiding construction document for the equipment installation. A separate Sign
Permit will be acquired prior to installation.

6. If the building on said premises shall be rendered untenantable by fire or other casu: ty during the

notice in writing given to Lessor within thirty(30)days after the occurrence of such damage or destruction,
elect to terminate this.Luse as of the date of the damage or destruction,whereupon Lessor shall be entitled
to all proceeds of insurance and right of recovery against insurers on policies covering such damage or
destruction.

7. Lessee may make,or permit any Sublessee to make,alterations,additions and improvements to the
demised premises from time to time and all of such alterations, additions and improvements,including

property of the Lessee or Sublessee,as the case may be,at all times during the term of this lease and any
