My only comment is that an easement is not shown for the water main on the SW side of Lot 20 which comes from Ashlar Avenue.The applicant shall update the plat to reflect a 20' easement on this main. Initially, I didn't think this plat was going to need any ACSA review, but I would like to have your input on it now that it has been revised.The surveyor has added some drainage easements that were shown on a 2015 minor amendment for this area.
