I think I have this to where if we can get 5-10 minutes then Dave can get it signed/recorded. I've written responses below and have marked up the plat on what we are changing. We will PDF full size 18"x24" copies to David today so he can bring them by for signature. I thought I'd include the markup in this email so you can easily see what we are revising to address the comments and I've added detail responses below for ease of reference. Please let us know if you have any questions. L. [Comment]—Please add a note to indicate what"(BSA)" abbreviates. BSA stands for"By Separate Agreement" and this nomenclature was left over from the initial subdivision plat and is incorrect. The two ACSA easements that had the BSA nomenclature were of course recorded with the other ACSA easements within the subdivision and therefore have been denoted as recorded easements with Easement owner(ACSA) and instrument/DB&PG numbers accordingly. 2. Section 14-301(C) and (D)—The scale of the copy provided for review is incorrect. Please provide 5 copies of the plat at a size that can be scaled for review/approval. The plat is an 18"x24" sheet just as the last lot 5 that was recorded was on. David will deliver 5 copies of the / plat on 18"x24" and we apologize if you received a version of less size than this. 3. Section 14-302(A)(3)—Is Riley Way a public or private street? There are no new or proposed easements associated with this Plat. A. Section 14-302(A)(15)—Please label Lot 11, add its Tax Map and Parcel Number and identify the name of the owner. We have added a label for Lot 11 and it's tax map/parcel ID/Owner. Since we're doing this for lot 11 we have halso labeled previously recorded lots 3,4, and 5 similarly. . Section 14-302(B)(10)—Please remove Note 9 regarding stream buffers. No stream buffers are shown. We have removed this Note as requested. Thank You. Brian C.
