extend beyond the 100' limit. Revise accordingly.

I have reviewed the plat for Parcels A and B and field reviewed the location with Old Albemarle Surveying, LLC and find
that both parcels have access to Brunt Mill Road and have approved locations for a private entrance that will serve each
parcel when needed that meet, VDOT Requirements. Any new entrances will require a VDOT permit from this office
prior to construction and will e permitted when requested. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me
