I have a question about the above site plan and JT Newberry said you might be able to help. My part of the site plans is
the 911 addressing and road names. I also email you about parcels when we do those. I was wondering if Alley B and

Private Road A below would ever connect. (the highlighted section below. If they do, I will make a different
recommendation than if they do not. I realize things may not be final but I just need an idea. Also the section in the
middle with the '?",will that be houses or a parking lot? If it is houses I may also need to request a road name for Alley

I have reviewed the above referenced initial site plan. I hereby recommend approval of SDP201700030 with the
following conditions:
• Water and Sewer Construction Plan Review will be required at the final site plan stage. Submit 3 copies of the
final site plan along with water and sewer data sheets to the ACSA,Attn:Jeremy Lynn, PE,to begin the review.
• RWSA Wastewater Capacity Certification will be required at the final site plan stage.
Note:Jeremy Lynn has received a construction plan review submittal and the utilities are currently under review.
