I have also attached a copy of the original Declaration, Articles V and VI discuss easements and maintenance. By bringing the additional Lots under the Declaration as Additional Property, I believe we have resolved the County's issues. Please forward to Megan for approval, and if satisfactory,we will have Andy and Alan sign and get it recorded.
