Please see attached Supplemental Declaration adding Lots 101-107 to the effect of the Declaration. I have also attached
a copy of the original Declaration, Articles V and VI discuss easements and maintenance. By bringing the additional Lots
under the Declaration as Additional Property, I believe we have resolved the County's issues. Please forward to Megan
for approval, and if satisfactory,we will have Andy and Alan sign and get it recorded. Thanks,

I will pull the original HOA docs for Avinity and see what property is included. My sense is that some of the property
shown on the plat was originally included in the HOA, but we may need to add some also. I will check on Monday and

I got with Megan to clarify Comment#2.This comment is generated by Section 14-317 of the Subdivision Ordinance.
Before we can sign the plat, we need confirmation the new lots are included in the existing HOA documents for
maintenance purposes. If not,then an addendum needs to clarify that they'll be added to the HOA agreement for
Avinity.
Does that make sense?
