JT, just delivered the following: 1. Plat with updated sheet 2. It is signed an notarized by Rosewood. 2. Deed of Easement—new signed and notarized copy provided. Corrected the page numbers and location of [signatures continue on following page]. 3. Maintenance Agreement—signed and notarized I realize 2 and 3 could have been in draft for in case there are changes but in the event there aren't any, they can be executed. Just let me know. Shareef and Tim, I received an envelope this afternoon with the easement plat and a deed of easement. I spoke with Frank a little while ago to confirm the next steps: 1. The plat is unnotarized and there is a minor edit needed on Sheet 2 (see attached email). Please submit a notarized and signed plat with a revised Sheet 2. 2. The easement deed references a stormwater maintenance agreement. Please include a draft of the Agreement with the revised plat.
