(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance. Planning 1. [Section 14-302(A)(9)] Please add a note in accordance with this section. One example is"Revised Lot 3 and Lot 6 each contain a building site that complies with Section 4.2 of the Zoning Ordinance." 2. [Section 14-302(A)(15)] Please add the physical addresses of each of the three property owners involved in the subdivision(Stephen or Marsha Davis,Wood Property Investments LLC and T.E.or Ann Wood). 3. [Section 14-302(B)(1)] Please add a date of the drawing. 4. [Section 14-302(B)(5)] Please revise Note 5 to show the R-1 Zoning District and the two overlay districts— Airport Impact Area and Steep Slopes(Managed and Preserved). 5. [Section 14-303(P)] Please confirm there is an adequate number of notary panels for all the necessary owners' signatures. Staff has provided references to the County Code.The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B)of Chapter 14, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
